Flexible Pricing Options for All Projects: Free Online Estimates & Hourly Services

Hourly Pricing Details:

• First Hour: $125
  Every project starts here, with dedicated attention to your immediate needs.

• Each Additional Hour: $100
  Continue the work at a consistent and fair rate.

• Full-Day Rate (8 hours): $750
  Commit to our full-day service from the start to receive comprehensive, uninterrupted attention to your project for 8 hours, offering great value and efficiency.

  Extended Hours Rate: $85
  If your project extends beyond the initial 8-hour day, we offer a reduced rate of $85 for each additional hour on that day. Furthermore, this rate will apply to each subsequent day of the project, ensuring consistent and affordable pricing for ongoing work.

Material Costs:

• No Markup on Materials: We believe in transparent pricing. You will be billed for the time spent acquiring materials necessary for your job, but we do not mark up the cost of these materials. You pay what we pay.

Preparedness:

• Ready to Work: We arrive with a 6-foot ladder and a truck full of tools, prepared to tackle your project immediately.

Service Area Note:

• Salt Lake County: The above rates apply for services within Salt Lake County. If you are outside of this area, we are still happy to serve you! We can discuss how these rates may differ.

Payment Methods:

• Accepted Payments: We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and credit/debit cards. Please note that a 3% fee will be added to transactions made with Venmo and credit/debit cards to cover the processing fees.

Special Conditions:

• Minimum Booking for TV Mounting: Handling TVs specifically requires a 4-hour minimum booking to ensure quality and efficiency in installation. Alternatively you can request a quote if that is the only service you are in need of.

• Excluded Jobs: Tasks involving hazardous materials, toilets, roofs, or crawl spaces are not covered by our standard hourly rates. These jobs require a custom quote to ensure safety and accuracy in pricing.
