For homeowners like you who prioritize quality and efficiency, our flexible hourly handyman service is the ideal solution for tackling your to-do list. Most customers who choose our hourly service have a variety of tasks they want to tackle efficiently, and our model ensures you get the most value for your investment.
How Our Hourly Service Works
We primarily dispatch our expert lead handyman and a dedicated team member at $75 per man-hour to maximize efficiency and get your tasks done faster. This two-person approach is ideal for most projects and ensures a dynamic, productive work environment, allowing us to check off more items from your list in less time.
Your Assurance of Fair Billing: Our Honest Productivity Assessment When our two-person team is on site, our lead handyman makes an honest assessment of productivity throughout the project. This means we may bill portions of the time at our single-handyman rate, and other portions at the two-man rate when the work output clearly reflects a higher combined efficiency. This ensures we bill you accurately based on the actual productivity of our team, guaranteeing you only pay for true efficiency.
For genuinely smaller, single-task projects, or in specific situations where a two-person team isn't feasible, we offer one handyman at a rate of $125 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour.
Note: These rates apply per location. If you require service at multiple properties, each location will be billed separately, with time and rates resetting at the start of each new location.

We believe in complete transparency when it comes to billing. Our goal is to ensure you always feel you're getting fair value for the work done.
Material Costs:
No Markup on Materials: We believe in transparent pricing. You will be billed for the time spent acquiring materials necessary for your job, but we do not mark up the cost of these materials. You pay what we pay.
Preparedness:
Ready to Work: We arrive with a 6-foot ladder and a truck full of tools, prepared to tackle your project immediately.
Service Area Note:
Salt Lake County: The above rates apply for services within Salt Lake County. If you are outside of this area, we are still happy to serve you! We can discuss how these rates may differ.
Payment Methods:
Accepted Payments: We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and credit/debit cards. Please note that a 3% fee will be added to transactions made with Venmo and credit/debit cards to cover the processing fees.
Special Conditions:
Excluded Jobs: Tasks involving hazardous materials, toilets, roofs, or crawl spaces are not covered by our standard hourly rates. These jobs require a custom quote to ensure safety and accuracy in pricing.
